Hank, a Maine Coon, received 6,000 votes and ran on a on a pro-feline, job-creation platform. He announced his candidacy last winter as part of a spoof on the modern election process and has since endorsed fellow feline politician Tuxedo Stan, who ran for mayor in Halifax, Canada.
