A 34-year-old Crowley, Louisiana woman who tried to convince police she was being stalked by her estranged boyfriend was arrested after authorities discovered she faked the whole thing and sent threatening text messages to herself. According to police, Trudy Miller came to them about five weeks ago claiming that her ex-boyfriend was stalking her and sending her threatening text messages. One they talked to the former boyfriend, they found out that he didn't even own the number that was sending the texts. Upon further investigation, they realized Miller owned the phone and had been sending the messages to her other phone. She was arrested on a felony count of false swearing for violation of health and safety. (AP)
