A former prison in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is offering tours of their facility for Valentine's Day. Eastern State Penitentiary -- which was in operation between 1829 and 1971 -- wants to share the love stories that happened throughout the prison's history. The prison's website explains the event: "During these four days, visitors can experience the history of Eastern State with an added focus on love stories throughout the prison's history." Tickets are buy-one-get-one free to encourage couples to show up. (UPI)
