An icicle that was three-stories long has been removed from an apartment building in Saskatchewan, Canada. One of the men who was hired to remove it, Erik Foster, said, "I'm saying this thing has got be at least three, four thousand pounds," adding that he had to change out the chainsaw blades a couple of times to finish the job. The operation reportedly cost the building owner "thousands of dollars." Foster said that if the building's management had dealt with the leak ahead of time, it would have cost only them a few hundred dollars. (UPI)
