A 56-year-old British man who was drunk driving his horse-drawn carriage said he ran a red light because his horse, Fred, is colorblind. John Mulvenna also allegedly drove his horse the wrong way down a one-way street. His lawyer John Dobbin confirmed Mulvenna had four pints of beer before getting picked up by officers. He said, "He thought he was in a proper state to control the horse and trap. It is clear that he was not." (UPI)
